Baillie's are a long established estate agency and solicitor business based in Dundee, Scotland. Their main focus is to provide high quality properties around the Tayside region with personalised legal and financial services tailored to customers needs.

Baillie's contacted us, re-assured by our past experience they were confident we were able to provide exactly what they were looking for.

There were however a few things missing, them being a solid web presence and a simple and convenient way to manage their property transactions and legal system. Baillie's required a web design that was professional and fully informed clients about the process of purchasing, selling, financing a property as well as being informed of the legal issues involved.

It was essential that the site reduced the complexity of the property management process by splitting the sites content.

The design and brand had to be simple portraying a clear message. It was agreed that a simple approach would be more appropriate to meet the needs of there intended audience.

The site was split into the most important elements required by the consumer, customers searching for properties are interested in the following things: 

• How to Buy a property?
• How to sell a property?
• What financial services are available?
• What are the legal ramifications?

Baillie's were very keen to prove to there customers that they had the complete package when it came to property management covering all aspects from sales, price plans and legal issues insuring high quality properties and customer service

The site was designed in such a way to meet all clients requirements, and allow visitors to find what they need quickly and easily.

Baillie's services were split into buying, selling, financial and legal sections to allow quick access to each type of service they offer.

Alongside navigation and site content there is a property display, contact information and link to interactive map, mortgage calculator and quick link sections available throughout the website to allow quick access to those website tools. 

A comprehensive property search engine was put in place in the buying property pages of the site allowing search by property region, location, type and number of bedrooms.

A complete plan was developed for customers who are moving home providing activities
