Taycasa villas is an international property sales company, selling villas and apartments in Spain, turkey and beyond.

With such a large and diverse property portfolio, their site was not suited in allowing them to keep up with the ever changing list of great offers for the British public.

Taycasa Villas contacted Tayfusion with the view to solving their problems, making more sales and presenting their offerings to a wide and highly competitive market.

By our investigations we discovered that the majority of sites that performed the same service were incredibly busy. They presented too much clutter and not enough valuable information.

The proposed Taycasa site was to deliver a simple and intuitive customer journey. What are people really looking for when they visit? A solid confirmation of a purchase, or maybe they just want to do a bit of window shopping.

The approach felt was the best to take was to simplify the choices for visitors - still offering everything, but helping them find their direction as soon as they land at the site.

Bright colours and well laid out content, helpful resources and good calls to action - keeping navigation clear and obvious.

Taycasa were delivers a lovely site, presented well and easy on the eye. It impresses the visitor with high contrast and immediate emotional attachment to the possibility of overseas property ownership using imagery.

Offering visitors simple and helpful choices to find what they want fast, the site caters well for the impatient user.

Delivered using SiteEngine, the site gives Taycasa Villas complete control of their pages, and allows them to update and change the focus of their sales drive at any moment..

Incorporated in the design is a complete property management system with auto-currency conversion 'on the fly' that automatically updates all prices, in any currency to pounds every few hours.

With a full property search interface, locations manager tied into the content manager, newsletter system and helpful guides for site visitors - the website has become a real asset to their business.
