PAS (Planning Aid Scotland) commissioned Tayfusion to re-design an outdated and inefficient database which we use to record planning advice casework details.
Tayfusion visited our office initially and listened carefully to our brief, and ensured all user voices were listened to as part of the re-design process. They also offered proactive advice and suggestions that helped ensure that our clients’ needs were met, and a better system achieved.
The resulting database has transformed how we run our service and has hugely reduced administrative time compared to the old system - positive feedback has been received from a range of users.
